Imagined
Then Held
Whatever can be imagined can be drawn, and whatever can be drawn can be held. Nothing is too strange to ask for.

Seiður is the old Norse word for sorcery: the working of a thing into a shape it did not have. Verk is simply work.
Seiðverk is where those are the same thing. A facade, a coastline, a forgotten hour: each is drawn down until only its outline is left.
Then it is raised again out of light, one layer at a time, through a night in Reykjavík.

01
Drawing
A form is measured from the thing itself: a facade, a stone, a dial. It is then drawn again until nothing decorative survives.
02
Printing
Each object is printed in one piece at a slow layer height. A single machine, run overnight, one part at a time.
03
Finishing
Surfaces are sanded by hand and sealed matte. The movement is fitted last, and the piece is set running before it leaves.
